It is the quality policy of Geotechnics & Concrete Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited – Ground Investigation Department (GID) to conduct the operation strictly in accordance with the requirements set out in this Management System Manual, and requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
Staff members concerned with the operation activities within the GID are required at all time to familiarize themselves with this Management System and implement the policies and procedures as laid down in this Manual and associated Procedures accordingly.
It is the commitment of GID's management to provide ground investigation services in accordance with the GID own and customers’ requirements.
The general objectives set out in the Management System are as follows:
It is the responsibility of the management team led by the Managing Director to ensure the quality policy and procedures specified in the Management System are communicated to, understood by, available to, and implemented by the appropriate personnel.
It is the responsibility of the Management System Manager to ensure that the Management System is implemented properly with consistency, and also reviewed and improved regularly as required.
The top management will regularly review this Quality Policy to ensure that the effectiveness of this Management System will be continually improved and that the quality objectives established at relevant functions and levels within the GID will be achieved.
